(Click\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/oatka.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/OCWC2006MgtPlanOutline.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a><\/span>\u00a0to view this outline.)<\/p>\n<p>Under the direction of the Genesee Finger Lakes Regional Planning Council, there was a reworking of a plan for the Oatka watershed. Work under this \u201cIntermunicipal Planning for the Black &amp; Oatka Creek Watersheds\u201d project resulted in a draft watershed plan completed in September of 2014 and finalized and accepted by the NY Dept. of State in early 2016.
